Method of collection

Data can be collected:

from IT platforms owned by LB through specific forms;

through paper material (brochures, other informative material) and stored in archives / IT platforms (CRM) used by LB, by third parties / platforms to LB but with which LB has active partnerships (e.g. apps.) of the data from the Third Party to LB will take place electronically and it will be the responsibility of the Third Party to inform the user about the collection / dissemination of data. promotional activities (contact center, promotions, dispatch of information / advertising material) of LB, of companies that own or associate LB SRL (hereinafter referred to as the Group), of companies and / or commercial partners also abroad, carried out both with automated methods ( e.g. email, sms, instant messaging applications, etc.) and with non-automated methods (e.g. ordinary mail, telephone with operator, etc.). In particular, LB may use the User’s email address to transmit information and promotional communications related to the services and products offered by LB, the Group and / or commercial partners even without the User’s consent, provided that the User does not object to such use.

Processing for marketing purposes may only take place with the consent of the User which may also be expressed in implicit form, for example by filling in an online form.

Provision of data
Although the provision of personal data is optional, this is necessary for the provision of the service, the stipulation or modification of contracts and for the establishment or maintenance of any relationship with LB. In case of refusal to report the requested data, it will not be possible to follow up on the Customer’s requests or the continuation of any relationships in progress could be prevented or hindered.

Data provision period
The data collected by LB using IT tools (websites) or paper (brochures, other informative material) will be kept by LB for 30 years.

Categories of recipients of personal data
The User’s data may be communicated, exclusively for the aforementioned purposes, to the following categories of subjects:

Transfer of personal data outside the European Union

Data Generated by the Use of the Website
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data (so-called log files) whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
